Oxleas Community Paediatrics Medical Service
A community paediatric service that promotes the health and welfare of children and young people aged 0 to 16 years who live in Greenwich.
Community Paediatricians (children's doctors) provide support to people concened with their child's:
They also conduct various forms of statutory assessments for children in collaboration with the Local Authority.
The service is available to children and young people who:
Children and young people can be referred up to the age of 19 if they go to Charlton Park or Willow Dene Special Needs Schools.
Community Paediatricians (children's doctors) provide support to people concened with their child's:
- development
- communication and interaction
- children who have difficulties impacting on performance at school
- children with disabilities with ongoing needs
They also conduct various forms of statutory assessments for children in collaboration with the Local Authority.
The service is available to children and young people who:
- are aged 0 to16 years
- are registered with a GP in Greenwich.
Children and young people can be referred up to the age of 19 if they go to Charlton Park or Willow Dene Special Needs Schools.

Referral needed
You must be referred by a health or social care professional such as your GP, school nurse, health visitor, teacher, occupational therapist, speech and language therapist, social worker or CAMHS worker.
