Support for children and young people with bladder or bowel difficulties.
The service offers specialist assessment and management of continence issues including:

The service offers specialist assessment and management of continence issues including:
- diet, fluid intake, sleep patterns and routines relating to achieving continence
- night time bed wetting
- constipation or overflow soiling
- interventions and treatments including reward charts, bed sensors, alarms and medication
- bladder scanning
- referral to GP or Community Paediatrics where needed
The service is available for Children and young people:
- who live in Greenwich or Bexley with a Greenwich or Bexley GP
- aged 5 to 18 years or 19 for young people with additional needs
- under 5 can attend a drop-in for advice only
