Parent-Teen Connection Drop-In Clinic
Held every Tuesday from 10:30am to 1:30pm at Woolwich Centre Library, these drop-in clinics provide free, confidential one-to-one support for parents and carers of teenagers.
The sessions offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for parents to talk openly about the challenges they may be experiencing, including communication difficulties, emotional wellbeing, behaviour, school-related concerns and navigating the teenage years.
Parents will receive practical guidance and strategies to help strengthen connection and communication with their teenager, as well as signposting to additional services and support where needed.
The clinics are early-intervention focused, aiming to support families before challenges escalate.
Parents of neurodivergent or SEND teenagers are also very welcome.
No booking is required - parents are welcome to drop in.
