Pharmacies to redeem community equipment prescriptions
Visit one of our accredited retailers who can redeem prescriptions for community equipment like perching stools, toilet frames or shower seats.

To find out if you are eligible for a prescription you will need to contact the Contact Assessment Team to ask for an assessment.
If you are not eligible for the equipment, or you would like to purchase your own, you can buy the equipment you need directly from one of the accredited retail outlets across the borough.
