Physical activity referral scheme
A 12 week programme that helps people who live in Greenwich manage or improve their health conditions.
It offers support and motivation for people to become more physically active.
You’ll get a personalised activity plan, access to a range of classes at Greenwich leisure centres and support to stay active once the course ends.
All classes are led by qualified and experienced instructors.
You may be referred to this programme by your GP or nurse for conditions including:
