Physical and mental wellbeing support

This service is specifically designed for individuals with disabilities and their families, but it is also open to anyone in the community who may benefit from physical and mental wellbeing support.

We deliver initiatives that promote the integration of physical and mental wellbeing within the community. These include sessions like Walk and Talk, Swimming and Peer to Peer Listening.

It includes:
  • listening to the sounds of nature
  • listening to music
  • interpersonal listening such as listening to other human beings
