Sacred Heart Healthcare Services is a nurse‑led home care provider supporting adults and older adults to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.
The service is led by Banke Agbaje, a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), lawyer and CQC‑registered manager. This ensures every person we support receives a clinically informed, person‑centred care plan with regular reviews — not just a list of tasks.

We can offer flexible, short‑term assistance after hospital discharge or during periods of illness, working closely with families to provide reassurance and continuity of care.
