SEND Early Years (0 to 3years) keyworker
A keyworker works with families to make sure they can access all the support and services they need.
They can help families of children and young people with complex needs and disabilities who have to see a range of health, educational and care professionals at different stages of their child’s life.

A keyworker may offer a combination of support, including:
- coordinating services for children under 3 with complex needs who are not yet in a setting
- helping families apply for Disability Living Allowance so they can access the right community services
- providing advice and information to make sure the child is included in the community
Who can get supportYour child may receive support from the SEND Early Years keyworker if the child:
- lives in the Royal Borough of Greenwich
- is not in an educational setting and are aged between 0 to 3 years old
- has complex disabilities
- is or should be known to 3 or more Targeted or Specialist services
- has been referred to Early Years Coordination Team (EYCT)
- has just moved into RBG and has complex disabilities
