Support and meetings for people struggling with an alcohol or drug addiction
If you're struggling with your relationship with drugs or alcohol, you can attend Cocaine Anonymous meetings to find support and companionship from people who know what you are going through and who will not judge you.
These meetings are completely free and nobody will ask you for any personal information - you do not have to give your real name. There will often be stories shared by other members or guest speakers but nobody has to share anything and you are welcome to just listen quietly if you do not want to speak.
These are not religious or political groups, and everyone is welcome. There are also some groups that you can join online. You can find information about those on the Cocaine Anonymous website. There are also lots of resources on their website if you don't feel ready to go to a meeting.
