Support for people with hoarding behaviours

Get support if you or someone you know has hoarding behaviours or is self neglecting. 

Clouds End offer a free initial site assessment where they meet with the resident, ideally at their property. They get to know the individual and look at the nature and quantity of the hoard before providing a full written quotation of the suggested intervention.

Once the decluttering support is complete, they offer an ongoing maintenance service. This includes visiting to assist with general care needs such as: 

• shopping
• meal preparation
• prompting taking their medication
• prompting personal hygiene
• encouraging and helping the individual  maintain the improved living environment and prevent re-hoarding

All staff are DBS checked.
