Annual health checks 

You can get an annual health check if you: 

  • are over 14 years old 
  • have a learning disability that needs ongoing health support

Get on the GP Learning Disability Register 

The Learning Disability Register is a record of people with a learning disability who are registered with their GP.  

Being on the register helps you get the care and health services that you may need.  

You will need to talk to your GP to join their register.
