Some young adults will continue to live at home with their parents or carers.
However, some will prefer to get a place to live on their own or live with others.
Supported living helps young people live in their own home while meeting their support needs.
If you have a learning disability and may need help living on your own, you can request an assessment of your needs. This is not a test. It’s a way for us to understand what support you need. This may range from a few hours a week to up to 24 hours a day.
