Greenwich Get Active - SEND Children and Young People

Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Being physically active can improve your brain health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday activities.

Physical activity doesn't just mean sport!

In Greenwich, we want to ensure everyone has access to regular physical activity, including children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

This page has information on accessible local activities, as well as resources and guidance for getting you and your family active, even at home!

*Please note that while this page will be updated as often as possible, some details such as timings and costings may change. Always contact the provider directly for the latest information on that activity.*
