Staying safe

If you are worried or concerned about anything, don't panic; there may be someone who can help you - it's just a question of knowing where to start.

Who have you spoken to already? Parents? Friends? Teachers? If not, they could be a good place to start. Schools often have links with youth workers and other organisations who do not judge you, can talk to you about your worries and offer suggestions.

If you are not comfortable with speaking to someone who knows you then contact the Families Information Service on 020 8921 6921.  They are a friendly team who offer information and advice to give you options and can signpost you to people who can help.

You can use this online directory to find a lot more information about services you may need.
