Greenwich 0-4 Bromley healthcare health visiting
The Greenwich 0 to 4 Health Visiting service is for parents and carers of babies and children from birth until just before they start school. The service supports parents and carers to give their babies the best possible start in life. Our Health Visitors provide a series of health checks starting with an antenatal contact, and give advice and support about child development and growth, healthy eating, physical activity, emotional wellbeing and immunisations.

Greenwich Mindful Mums
Greenwich Mindful Mums offers free groups for women to learn more about looking after themselves, staying emotionally well, and developing confidence and social connections during pregnancy and in the first year after birth. The groups are led by trained volunteers with their own personal experience of looking after themselves during pregnancy and the first year after birth. Due to the coronavirus outbreak, all of our Greenwich Mindful Mums groups are currently being offered online via Zoom for the time being.
