Community Adventures is a targeted SEND Short Breaks programme run by Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT). They offer fun, positive experiences and activities throughout the year. Sessions take place during school holidays and on Saturdays. Activities on offer include bowling, TOCA social interactive football, trampolining, pottery and trips to parks, forests, and farms. Barnardo's 5 week course, to support familes with a child or young person aged 5-18 years old with a diagnosis of an autistic spectrum disorder (ASD). The course involves attending 5 sessions with other families, to support families in working with their child. Greenwich have a Cygnet Team who are licensed to deliver Cygnet locally.

Para swimming session was created following the success of the 2015 London Youth Games para swimming team. The team wanted to keep on training and improve their competitive techniques, so the weekly training session was set up. Since then the session has grown to welcome disabled swimmers who wish to improve their techniques and take part in competitive swimming. The session takes place at the Eltham Centre on Fridays from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
