    Health Visiting and DVA

    Housing for Women (GWA)

    Provides safe, secure temporary accommodation, floating support and children's services to women and children escaping domestic violence and abuse. Family support and parenting programmes where domestic violence is an issue as well as other problems including alcohol, substance misuse and mental health.

    Independent Domestic Violence Advocacy - Her Centre

Advocates also accompany victims to court to provide them with support. If special measures are required to aid the giving of evidence the advocate makes the necessary application to the court.
