Greenwich Parkinson's UK Support Group

We are a local Parkinson's UK support group for people living with Parkinson's and their care partner(s).  The project aims to improve the health and wellbeing and quality of life by providing space, place and opportunity for people to come together and be part of an inclusive, supportive community.

We develop and deliver a range of health and wellbeing activities in partnership with people living with Parkinson's and their care partner(s).  These include Parkinson's specific exercise classes including chair supported and standing classes, Nordic Walking, and social activities. A monthly support group enables people to get together, share their experiences and provide peer support.

We run sessions in a number of venues across the Borough of Greenwich.
