Social Thursday for adults with learning disabilities

Brighter Futures Project hosts a weekly Thursday Social Night at Camouflage Cafe's Moorings location for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities. This provides a relaxed atmosphere for our attendees to enjoy fun activities, enriching experiences and friendship.

From 5pm to 9pm, participants can partake in group activities like karaoke, disco, arcade games, and game night featuring favorites like bingo and snakes and ladders. connect4, card games and more.  Snacks and refreshments are available for purchase at the cafe during the social night often manned by our intens who also have a learning disability. 

Our Thursday socials provides and opportunity  for our attendees to socialise, express themselves creatively, learn new skills, and contribute to their community, the social night improves quality of life, wellbeing and sense of belonging for adults with disabilities.  Do feel free to come try us out!
