Kidbrooke Park Learning Centre (KPLC)

Kidbrooke Park Learning Centre (KPLC) is a Primary aged provision.  Pupils are referred by the Local Authority or through the Fair Access Panel. It offers a unique, assessment-based, short stay school placement aimed to support pupils from mainstream settings who present with challenging presentations due to their own Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. We recognise that the pupils attending KPLC are likely to have suffered trauma as part of their childhood experiences and we support our ongoing work with our Trauma Informed Practitioner, CAMHS and EP supervision.  Some pupils will return to mainstream, whilst others may move to specialist school setting following an education, health and needs assessment.
