SEND SIBLINGS CARE

  • The SEND SIBLINGS CARE program is a mix of group discussions, presentations, workshops and eventually culminating in a celebratory fun day/weekend out. The program is aimed at siblings of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • SEND SIBLINGS CARE was developed as a result of the feedback received from participants in our flagship program (SAFE SPACE FOR SEND), which is primarily aimed at young persons with disabilities and special needs up to the age of twenty-five.
  • The primary target group of the SEND SIBLINGS CARE program are between 10 and 16 years old AND siblings of young people with SEND (up to 25 years old) who have participated in the Javan Coker Foundation's SAFE SPACE FOR SEND programs.
