ME Emergency ( Medical emergency) Carers Support Service

A free support service for carers within the Royal Borough of Greenwich. 

We will provide practical support for carers to maintain their health and well-being in the absence of family and friends when supporting their loved ones. We can provide a sitting service where a support worker will either sit with your loved one in hosp[ital, hospice or collect shopping or prescriptions. Support a carer to attend routine hospital, GP, or dental appointments. Sign post to local care and support groups.
