Short breaks

We’ve developed the short breaks activity programme in collaboration with:

• children, young people and their families
• Action, Change, Equality (ACE) groups
• Greenwich Parent Carer Participation Forum
• Southeast London NHS Integrated Care Board

Provision

There are 5 organisations across the borough that offer short breaks for ages 5 to 25.

Ages 5 to 10

• Targeted provision from Ability2Play in Kidbrooke and Plumstead.
• Specialist provision from On the Go in Plumstead.
• Specialist provision from All Kids Can in Shooter's Hill.

Ages 11 to 17

• Targeted provision from Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) in Eltham.
• Specialist provision from All Kids Can in Shooter's Hill.

Ages 16 to 25

• Targeted provision from Brighter Futures in Woolwich
• Specialist provision from Brighter Futures in Woolwich
